HoldMi Refund and Return Policy

At HoldMi, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. This policy outlines the process for returning an item and obtaining a refund.

Return Eligibility:

• Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at [info@holdmi.com]. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

• Return Authorization:

  • Upon receiving your return request, we will review the information and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for sending back the item(s).

Shipping Costs:

• Large Items (Pipes, Poles, Tables):

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning large items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Other Items:

  • A flat rate of $5 will be charged for the return shipping of smaller items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
